Born in 1976, Dubuque County Fine Arts Society (DCFAS) is the arts incubator for new artistic programs and endeavors in Dubuque County and the surrounding areas. We believe that art is in this world for everyone to experience. DCFAS serves as a support system for our range of affiliate groups and programs. We encourage, promote, and present local and regional arts including music, writing, theater, and fine art.
